106 Watercolor Workshop with Jean Instructor Jean Ely Grube This class is for beginning painters and seasoned painters alike. Each week will feature a single painting topic taught step by step by the instructor. Students will bring their own supplies for the class. Some will bring a journal to use in class, and some students will bring their larger paper or projects they have started. Demonstrations on pattern, rule-of-thirds, watercolor painting techniques, journaling and some mixed media techniques will be included. The first part of class will be a lesson lasting about 1 hour. After the lesson, students will paint freely on their own. Jean will offer some individual coaching depending on class size. As a class, we will encourage observation of each other's work and invite comments on the painting process.
