404 Sour Dough Favorites Instructor Howard Burkett Meet the easier way to keep a sourdough starter happy! The Sourdough Sidekick, from King Author Baking Company, handles daily care for you, automatically feeding your starter flour and water — so you don’t have to remember! Come see how the machine helps dough-sit your sourdough for up to 7 days. We will be mixing up, baking and tasting several different sourdough products and you will be going home with two different sourdough starters that you can start using within days! Lots of samples for you to try as you learn about some history of sourdough and help to mix up and bake some loafs/muffins/etc. One Saturday, October 31 from 12:00 noon to 2:30 pm Location: Directions to the class in Brackney will be e-mailed to registrants prior to class. Fee: $5.00 Material Fee: $15.00
