116 Quilling a Mandela Instructor Alice Roche, craftsperson Quilling is the art of rolling, shaping, and gluing strips of paper to create decorative designs, also known as paper filigree, used for cards, jewelry, and wall art. We will use the slotted tool to make basic shapes - coils, teardrops and others to create an angel and a Mandela. The quilling kit for $9 includes your quilling tool, mat, pins, glue and quilling paper; if you bring your quilling tools from prior classes/kits the material fee is $3. The class limit is 12 students. One Saturday, November 14th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm Location: Parish Hall, St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Church Street, Montrose Fee: $10 Material Fee $9/Kit, $3/No Kit.
