104 Learn to Knit Instructor Bruce Baessler If you’ve always wanted to learn to knit, this is your chance. You will learn the basic steps from beginning to end. Learn to cast on, the two basic stitches of knit and purl, and how to bind off or take the completed work off the needles. By the end of the class, you will have mastered the basics of knitting. You will be able to complete a scarf to wear and show off. Knitting needles and yarn will be provided. Four Mondays, September 14,21,28, and October 5 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Location: First Presbyterian Church, Church St. Montrose Fee: $20.00
