401 Cooking with Venison Instructor Nancy Dailey Learn how to make venison a flavorful, approachable part of everyday meals. This class will cover the benefits of adding venison to your diet, how to prepare it for families more familiar with beef, pork, or chicken, and the best uses for different cuts of meat. We will make Moussaka, one of the instructor’s favorite recipes for grind. The class limit is 6 students. One Saturday, October 17 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm Location: 7196 Laurel Lake Rd., Brackney Fee: $10.00 Material Fee: $20.00
