 102 Homemade Greeting Cards   Instructor Louise Dayton, SU Demonstrator and teacher 

In this class you will learn how to make homemade greeting cards using stamps, embossing folders, dies, and DS paper. All cards will be two or three layers and will use embellishments and ribbon. I will teach you how to match color ink and card stock.  All cards will be general and can be used for any occasion by adding a saying at class. Class limit is 12 students.

The class is designed for watercolor painters at all levels whether you are a beginner or a seasoned painter. Individuals will receive instruction as needed and will have time to work on their own paintings in a workshop type atmosphere. There will be a group critique and share time at the end of each session. Class limit is 15 students.

104 Knit a Hat Instructor Bruce Baessler, Knitter 

Winter is coming! Snowy winter winds may blow but you’ll be warm. 
Learn to knit a hat in the round using circular needles. You will learn how to cast on with a stretchy stitch and then join in the round. First there is a ribbing stitch of knit one, purl one in order to form the rim then onto the body of the hat. Finally, a series of stitches to decrease the diameter and close the top of the hat. 

Knitting needles and yarn will be provided at no additional cost.
